Returns & Refunds policy

We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can put a return request from your customer account by loging in to your account.
If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange a reverse pick up of the item.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 5 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with tags.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Exchange Goods

To ensure you receive the item you prefer as quickly as possible, we recommend initiating a return for the current item. After the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
